摘要
中小企业在经济活动中起着极其重要的作用 ,但又往往由于规模、实力的劣势而面临种种困难。日本对中小企业实行多方面的扶持和优惠政策 ,其中资金援助占据了很重要的地位。我国可以借鉴日本的经验 ,建立和完善中小企业扶持优惠政策体系 。
The medium and small enterprises play a very important role in economic activities. They usually face many difficulties due to their disadvantages in size and strength. Japan provides them with much sustentation and favorable policy, of which money help constitutes a substantial part. Drawing on the experiences of Japan, our country can establish and perfect the favorable policy system to the medium and small enterprises in order to stimulate their development.
