某随动平台弹簧缓冲装置设计与仿真

Simulation and Design for Spring Type Buffer Device of a Servo Platform

摘要 为降低某搭载多根发射管的随动平台在发射时产生的负载,设计了一种弹簧式缓冲装置来降低后坐力,分析了缓冲装置工作原理及炮膛合力的计算,建立了运动的微分方程,初选了缓冲弹簧弹性系数,并基于此建立了Simulink仿真模型。对影响缓冲效果各因素进行了理论分析,并基于分析结果进行了优化设计。结果表明:优化设计后的弹簧缓冲装置有效降低了后坐力。连发射击稳定,满足设计要求,为该随动平台相关部件结构设计提供一定的参考。 For the purpose of reducing the load of a servo platform equipped with launch tubes in the course of the tubes’firing,designed is a kind of spring buffer device to reduce recoil with an analysis of its operating principle and calculation of the bore resultant force. The kinematics differential equa-tions are established and the primary elasticity of buffer spring is initially selected. Based on these,the Simulink simulation model is established. A theoretical analysis is made of various factors of the cus-hioning effect with optimized design carried out. The results show that the optimized design of spring buffer device effectively reduces the recoil. The repeated firing is stable,which meets the requirements of the design and provides a measure of reference for the structural design of the related components of the servo platform.
