摘要
目的:探讨喜炎平注射液对普通型手足口病的疗效。方法:将2013年4月—2015年8月在本院接受治疗的261例普通型手足口病患儿作为临床观察对象,261例患儿被随机分为喜炎平治疗组和利巴韦林对照组,治疗组136例给予静滴喜炎平注射液,对照组125例给予静滴利巴韦林注射液,两组疗程均为5 d,观察两组患儿治疗后发热持续时间,皮疹消退时间及总体治疗效果。结果:治疗组临床症状改善,发热持续时间及皮疹消退时间均短于对照组,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:喜炎平注射液对于治疗普适型手足口病可有效缓解症状,缩短病程,疗效好,安全可靠,值得临床推广。
Objective: To explore the effect of Xiyanping injection on common type of hand, foot and mouth disease. Methods: 261 children of ordinary hand-foot-mouth disease were taken as clinical observation objects from April 2013 to August 2015 and were randomly divided into treatment group(with 136 patients) and control group(with 125 patients).The treatment group patients were provided Ivgtt Xiyanping injection,while the control group patients took Ivgtt Ribavirin.After 5days of treatment the duration time of fever, fading time of rashes and curative effects after treatment were observed in both groups.Results: In the treatment group, clinically significant improvement in symptoms occurred; time of fever and fading time of rashes were shortened and were obviously shorter than that in the control group. There were significant difference between two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion: Xiyanping injection can effectively relieve symptoms of ordinary hand-foot-mouth diseaseand shorten the course with excellent effect and reliablesafety, which is worthy of clinicalpromotion.
