螺旋CT肺密度测定在诊断肺气肿中的应用价值分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨分析螺旋CT肺密度测定在诊断肺气肿中的临床应用价值。方法:选取2013年4月-2015年3月我院接收治疗的30例肺气肿患者作为研究分析对象,将此30例患者划分为研究组,并选取同时期来我院体检健康者30例受检者,将此30例划分为对照组,所有研究对象均接受64层螺旋CT机进行检查,比较分析两组研究对象检测结果。结果:比较两组研究对象接受螺旋CT检查后,呼气相VD和吸气相MLD指数,两组数据存在明显差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经分析后得知30例肺气肿患者中共12例患者肺密度正常,18例患者肺密度异常,两组比较,数据存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床中肺气肿疾病可采用螺旋CT检查进行确诊,此诊断方式可准确检测出肺气肿患者肺密度,且可按照所检测出的肺密度推论肺气肿类型,对肺气肿疾病诊断和定性具有有效性,其临床应用高,价值较大。 Objective: To evaluate theapplication value of lung density determination by spiral CT in the diagnosis of emphysema. Methods: 30 patients with emphysema admitted in our hospital to receive treatmentfrom April 2013 to March 2015 were taken as researchobjects andwere put into the research group, and another 30 healthy patients during the same period in our hospital were selected and put into the control group, all subjects underwent 64-slice CT machine for inspection and the comparativeanalysis of the results was carried between the two groups.. Results: The expiratory and inspiratory MLD index VD were compared between thetwo groups after receiving spiral CT examination, and there were significant differences between two sets of data, with statistical significance(P<0.05). The result showed that 12 patients with emphysema CPC had normal lung density and 18 patients hadabnormal lung density in 30 cases of patients. The result was significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The spiral CT can clinically diagnose emphysema disease, this diagnostic approach can accurately detect lung density in patients with emphysema and infer the type of emphysema in accordance with the detected lung density, emphysema disease diagnosis with spiral CTshows the validity and the clinical application is of high value.
