摘要
多绳摩擦式提升机在运行过程中,由于钢丝绳受内因或外因的作用,出现受力不均匀的情况,极易导致钢丝绳在运行期间出现窜动或摆动。在日常的维护工作中,用何种方法、如何保证钢丝绳的受力均匀,提出了当前使用的方法及不足之处,明确了今后创新的方向和目的。
In operation process of multi-rope friction hoist, suffered the role of internal and external cause, wire rope appears uneven stress, and easily lead to wire rope during operation appear swing or shifting. In the daily maintenance work, aiming at what method to be used, how to ensure the wire rope uniform, the deficiencies of the current use of the methods were put forward, which cleared the direction and purpose of innovation in the future.
