摘要
本文以挖掘机用安全补油阀为例,应用AMESIM软件建立其特性测试的液压系统模型,通过仿真,分析了影响安全补油阀瞬态响应特性的关键因素,为液压阀结构的优化改进提供了一定的参考。
Casing with screw-in cartridge valve, this article establishes a hydraulic system mode of characteristic test. By simulation, obtains the key factors affecting transient response of screw-in cartridge pressure control valve, and provides a optimization reference to valve' structure.
