摘要
介绍了目前我国合同管理工作中存在的问题,主要从合同管理机制、合同交底、合同变更管理、合同索赔意识等方面,阐述了项目施工阶段的合同管理措施,并探讨了合同风险防范对策,以真正提高工程项目的合同管理水平。
This paper introduced the existing problems in our present contract management,mainly from the contract management mechanism, contract sign,contract change management,contract claim consciousness and other aspects,elaborated the contract management measures in pro-ject construction phase,and discussed the contract risk prevention measures,in order to really improve the contract management level of engi-neering project.
