摘要
针对自平衡高压多级输油泵的结构特点,采用3台同型号泵串联末级承压较高。在特殊的使用环境下要保证泵长期可靠运行,采用专业分析软件对泵结构、壳体强度和叶轮转子动力学等方面的设计计算进行分析优化,保证该类型泵的结构设计更合理,效果更直观,对提高多级泵多台串联运行的可靠性及安全性具有非常重要的意义。
To the characteristics of the structure in the self-balancing type high pressure multistage oil pump,using three same pump in a series,the end of the pump is higher pressure. To assure long-term reliable operation in the use of the special environment. The professional analysis software are used,the pump structure,the shell strength and the impeller rotor dynamics design calculation and analysis of optimization,ensure that the more reasonable the type of pump structure design and the more intuitive effect,to improve the multistage pump reliability and safety of many sets of series operation has very important significance.
