摘要
目的探讨股骨头坏死的中西医结合介入治疗及其临床疗效。方法 26例股骨头坏死患者经健侧股动脉途径穿刺置管,选择股骨头供血动脉给予中西医药物融通,将扩张血管、溶栓及改善微循环的药物直接注入坏死股骨头的供血动脉。观察前后DSA改变及随访治疗前后髋关节Harris评分。结果 26例患者介入治疗后局部血供状况明显改善,髋关节疼痛、功能障碍等不同程度缓解和恢复。结论介入插管融通中西医结合药物灌注治疗股骨头坏死安全有效,具有良好的临床应用价值。
Objective To explore the interventions of femoral head necrosis by using traditional Chinese and western medicine.Methods A total of 26 patients with femoral head necrosis were supercatheterized and infused with vasodilator, thrombolytics and microcirculation promoting agents into the feeding arteries of the necrotic femoral heads.Results The aspects of artery feeding and dysfunctions were restored, and the symptoms were relieved with degrees.Conclusions Interventional treatment with traditional Chinese and western medicine for femoral head necrosis is a safe and effective management.
