摘要
目的:梅花针扣刺联合自制中药膏剂涂擦治疗局限性神经性皮炎的临床疗效观察。方法:将90例局限性神经性皮炎患者随机分为治疗组45例和对照组45例,治疗组梅花针扣刺患处后涂抹科室自制中药膏剂并配合TPD照射30min,对照组以复方氟米松软膏涂擦患处。结果:治疗组总有效率达100.00%,而对照组则为93.33%,治疗组明显高于对照组,且未出现明显不良反应。结论:梅花针联合自制中药膏剂涂擦治疗局限性神经性皮炎安全有效。
Objective: Meihua acupuncture and TCM medicine were applied in treating neurodermatitis. Methods: 90 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group of 45 cases and the control group of 45 patients; the treatment group took Meihua acupuncture and TCM medicine; the control group took the compound flumetasone ointment. Results: The total efficiency was 100.00%, better than 93.33% in the control group. Conclusion: Meihua acupuncture and TCM medicine for neurodermatitis may be safe and effective.
