摘要
邓小平同志提出了要允许一部分人、一部分地区先富起来的富民主张 ,在邓小平富民政策引导下 ,我国生产力和综合国力不断增强 ,人民生活改善 ,贫困人口逐年递减。但贫富差距问题日益突出 ,这已引起社会各方面的关注 ,党和国家正采取一系列措施来规范收入分配。
The theory put forward by Deng Xiaoping is that a number of people in some areas should get rich in advance.Under this policy,the productive forces and the comprehensive national power of our country have been steadily increasing, people's lives improved and the number of people in poverty decreased year after year.However,the fact that the gap between the poor and the rich has been larger is increasingly prominent.This has become one of the major coucerns of the whole society. The party and the state are adopting a series of measures to standardize the income allotments accordingly.
