基于Edgecam的电气控制柜标牌自动编程研究

摘要 针对电气柜中的标牌外形和文字加工的数控程序智能编制问题,提出了基于Edgecam软件的自动化编程方法。在基于Edgecam的基础上提出了系统的体系框架;论述了DXF中制造信息提取、单线条字符生成和程序自动编制等关键技术;以Edgecam为平台,利用VB.NET并结合PCI和PDI等二次开发语言编写了程序;以典型零件的编程实例证明了方法的有效性,实现了电气控制柜标牌的智能化和快速化编程加工,为其它产品的数控加工的智能编程提供了借鉴。 In order to solve the problem of intelligently machining of profile and characters in label of electrical control cabinet,the method of automatic computer numercial control( CNC) programming based on Edgecam software was proposed. The ideas for systematically architectural generating based on Edgecam was proposed,the key technologies of manufacturing information extraction of DXF,generation of characters in single line style and automatic programming method were studied. The program was written in using VB. NET combined with PCI,PDI and other secondary development languages in Edgecam as a platform,the case programming used in a typical part proves validity of the proposed method. Intelligently and rapidly programming and machining of label of electrical control cabinet are implemented,which provides reference for the programming intelligently and rapidly in other product of CNC machining.
