发动机缸体后端面粗铣机床的设计

摘要 为了快速加工发动机缸体的上端面,按照客户要求设计出一套卧式粗铣机床。根据发动机缸体的结构、加工部位的特点,确定定位面及卡紧位置;由缸体的加工精度和缸体材料的性质,选定铣刀的型号和对应电机的型号;根据力的大小确定夹具的夹紧方式和定位方式,计算出合理的夹紧力。同时为了适应产品更新换代速度越来越快的趋势,在加工过程中缩短工艺流程,提高加工精度,在整体机床设计中选用通用件,以降低成本,增加收益。 In order to machine an end face of engine cylinder body,a horizontal rough milling machine was designed. According to the structure of engine cylinder body and the characteristics of the machining parts,locating surface and clamping position were determined; in accordance with the machining precision and material of the cylinder body,the types of the milling cutter and motor were determined; based on the force,the clamping way of the fixture and the positioning way were determined,then reasonable clamping force was calculated. To fit more and more fast updating for products,it was important to shorten the process and improve the machining accuracy,and interchangeable parts were chosen to reduce cost and increase revenue.
