摘要
现代经济增长方式本质上是以产业结构变动为核心的经济增长模式。"新常态"下我国经济增长方式的顺利转变,很大程度上有赖于产业结构的优化升级,产业结构升级将成为中国未来30年经济发展的主线。为此,文章从产业结构演进高度化的内涵及演变模式、动因、测度方法及其与经济增长、产业结构合理化关系等方面进行研究评述。
Modern economic growth mode takes the change of industrial structure as its core by nature.The smooth transition of Chinese economic growth mode in New Normal depends greatly on the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure, which will become the thread of Chinese economic development in the next 30 years.This paper therefore makes a research review of the connotation, evolution mode, causes, measuring methods of upgrading of industrial structure, and its relation with e-conomic growth and the rationalization of industrial structure.
