摘要
为评价绿色低碳公路建设水平,从全寿命周期的角度出发,构建了绿色低碳公路评价体系,并用于绿色低碳公路综合评分,从而确定公路绿色低碳等级,指出该评价体系指标具有较好的实用性与可考核性,便于绿色低碳公路的等级评价。
An evaluation index system of green low-carbond highways is established from the life-cycle perspective to evaluate the construction level. The construction level of green low-carbon highway is then graded based on its comprehensive score. The index system is convenient and applicable to evaluate the construction level of low-carbon highways with practical and accessible index.
