摘要
以浙江省横店镇万盛街改造整治项目为例,从城市规划以及社会经济层面,对历史街区的保护和更新进行了理论和实践的研究,指出找准地域文化介入的切入点,挖掘和提炼街区所在城市的地域文脉属性及特征并加以利用,把地域文脉要素融合到街区的保护及更新中,才能促进城市和历史街区在发展和变革中的协调融合。
Taking Wansheng street transformation project of Hengdian town in Zhejiang province as an example,the paper studies historical street protection and renovation theory and practice from aspects of city planning and social economy,and finally points out that: it will promote coordinate integrity of city and historical street development and reform through accurately finding out regional culture entry point,and digging extracting city regional culture and characteristics.
