摘要
高校廉政建设关乎学校的教学、科研、管理等各个环节,是建设现代大学制度不可或缺的一部分。但是,近年来在不断掀起的反腐浪潮中,一向被视为"清水衙门"的教育领域也逐渐沦为腐败的"高发区"。由于高校自身体制和结构存在问题,缺乏有效的监管机制,领导自身道德信仰缺失以及惩戒力度不够等因素造成高校腐败日趋严重,廉政建设迫在眉睫。只有多管齐下,建立现代大学制度,完善监督机制,加强领导自我教育,加大腐败惩戒力度,才能使高校权力主体从不敢腐、不能腐,最终达到不想腐。
The cultivation of clean government affects the school teaching,scientific research,management and so on each link.It is an integral part of the construction of modern university system.In recent years,how ever,in the wave of anti-corruption,It has been seen as 'clean government' of the education sector also gradually become corrupt 'hotspot','areas'.Due to its own system of colleges and universities and structural problems,lack of effective supervision mechanism,and lead their own lack of moral beliefs as well as factors such as not enough punishment of corruption in colleges and universities has become increasingly serious,the cultivation of clean government is imminent.Only a multi-pronged,establishing modern university system,perfecting supervision mechanism,strengthen the leadership education,increase the intensity of punishment of corruption,to make the subject of colleges and universities far away from corruption.Finally,achieve don't want to rot.
