摘要
目的了解北京市男男性行为人群(men who have sex with men,MSM)HIV感染情况及其相关因素。方法 2013年4月至12月在北京通过多重干预方式招募调查对象,对调查对象进行面对面问卷调查和血清学抗体检测。问卷内容包括一般人口学特征、最近3个月酒精和毒品使用、性行为和安全套使用情况和既往HIV检测;血清学检测包括HIV和梅毒。采用logistic回归分析HIV感染的相关因素。结果最终符合纳入标准的研究对象为1 206人,HIV和梅毒感染率分别为13.35%(161/1 206)和7.21%(87/1 206)。多因素分析结果显示是否北京市户口、无保护性被动肛交、未曾检测过HIV、自我感觉通过男男性行为感染HIV的风险高和感染梅毒与HIV感染存在统计学关联。结论北京市MSM人群HIV感染率目前仍处于较高水平,针对MSM人群扩大检测的多重干预措施有效促进了该人群中HIV的检出率,应继续加强针对该人群的预防干预和检测服务。
Objective To discuss the prevalence of HIV and its related factors among men who have sex with men（MSM）in Beijing. Methods Research participants in Beijing were recruited through multi-intervention measures from April to December in 2013.A face-to-face questionnaire survey including general demographic characteristics,alcohol and drug use,sex behaviors,condom use in the last 3months,HIV and HIV/syphilis testing history was conducted.Also,serological antibody test was performed.Related factors of HIV infection were analyzed by logistic regression. Results A total of 1 206 eligible participants were enrolled into the survey.The prevalence of HIV and syphilis was 13.35%and 7.21%,respectively.Multi-variable analysis showed that not a permanent resident in Beijing,unprotected receptive anal intercourse,never being tested for HIV,self-perceived high risk of HIV infection by male sexual contact and syphilis infection were significantly associated with a higher probability of HIV infection. Conclusions The current prevalence of HIV among MSM in Beijing is still at a high level.Multi-intervention measures focusing on HIV testing expansion among MSM has effectively increased the detection rate of HIV.Prevention intervention and testing services among MSM should be strengthened continuously.
