摘要
介绍核桃二次破壳机的原理,并以温185核桃为样本统计、分析核桃的三维尺寸;在万能力学试验台上对温185核桃加载载荷分析破壳的破坏载荷值和压缩型变量,得出温185核桃横径的极大值为34mm,极小值为23mm,破壳压缩变形量为1.5~2.0mm,破壳间距为21mm;最后利用有限元法模拟核桃在二次破壳机内的挤压揉搓破壳过程的应力、应变变化,验证原理可行性,为实际设计破壳机提供理论基础。
It was introduced the principle of walnut second shell breaking machine and analyzed of walnut dimensions taking temperature 185 walnut for sample statistics.It was analyzed the failure load of the shell breaking value and compression type variables of Wen 185 walnut load by using universal mechanical test rig.It is concluded that temperature 185 walnut transverse diameter of maximum 34 mm,the minimum value of 23 mm,shell breaking compression deformation for 1.5~2.0mm breaking shell spacing is 21 mm.Finally,it is simulated the change of stress and strain for the walnut in the second shell breaking machine extrusion knead broken shell process by using the finite element method,to verify the feasibility of the principle.It provides theoretical basis for practical design of shell breaking machine.
