摘要
元坝205-2井是以上二叠统长兴组顶部礁盖储层为主要目的层的海相超深定向井。实际完钻井深6 767 m,工程地质特征具有地层研磨性强、多压力体系、高温、高压和含H2S等特点。通过优化钻井方案,采用泡沫钻井、气体钻井、进口PDC+高效螺杆、孕镶钻头+高速螺杆等先进工具和工艺,创下该工区泡沫钻进最高日进尺224 m的记录,平均机械钻速比前期试采井提高了47.2%,平均台月效率提高了13.2%。
Yuanba No. 205-2 well belongs to ultra-deep directional well reservoir with the top reef cap rock of Permian Changxing group as the main target layer. Its actual drilling depth is 6 767 m,which has many pressure system,formation strong abrasive,high temperature,high pressure and containing H2 S,etc. By optimizing drilling,foam drilling,gas drilling,imports of advanced tools and techniques,such as PDC + efficient screw,impregnated bit + high-speed screw,we set up a highest speed of 224 m record in the work area of foam drilling; the average mechanical drilling speed ratio increased by 47. 2% to the early stage of test well,and the average speed per month improved by 13. 2% than the early stage of test well.
