一种基于BVH的参与介质绘制算法研究

摘要 光子映射算法是重要的参与介质绘制方法,为解决其中构造加速结构慢的问题,可采用图形处理器(GPU)统一编程架构,结合参与介质与的特点,利用多核架构和层次包围盒(BVH)的性质,用面积启发式(SAH)最佳分割点方法,来构造加速结构,进而提出一种新的参与介质算法。实验表明该方法可以有效地提高参与介质的绘制时间。 Photon mapping is an important algorithm to render participating media,and the acceleration construction is a key step.Proposes a novel approach for rendering participate media,which is based on unified programming architecture on GPU,utilizes the property of participating media(BVH) and multi-core architecture,and adapts surface area heuristic(SAH) strategy to construct acceleration in two phases.Experimental results show that the novel approach can speed up the rendering time of participating media.
