摘要
根据试气成果表明,YQ2-Y128井区试气情况表现良好,无阻流量为1万方以上的气井占80%以上,无阻流量为1万方以下的气井只占不到20%。根据对低产井的试气情况进行分析研究,结果表明地层物性比较差和施工队伍层次不齐是井区这些气井试气成果差的主要原因。针对这些气井试气产量低的情况,从地质、开发等因素对其成因进行分析,同时针对储层物性差,天然能量较弱的现状。提出了3种相应的调整对策:规范操作制度,采用杆泵排水采气技术,加强压裂工艺。这些措施对于改善试气成果具有一定意义。
According to the gas test results, gas test case is good in YQ2-Y128 well area, gas wells whose open flow capacity is more than 10 thousand stere account for more than 80%.In this paper, reasons of low yield of gas wells were analyzed. The results show that, poor physical properties of the formation and human factors are the main reason to cause poor gas test results. At last, three kinds of corresponding adjustment countermeasures were put forward, including standardized operating system, using the technique of dewatering gas production by screw pump, strengthening the fracturing process.
