摘要
铝罐包装是金属包装的重要组成部分,广泛应用于食品饮料的包装。本文通过电化学阻抗谱和扫描电子显微镜测试研究了铝罐的耐腐蚀性能。结果表明,铝板材经过一系列的加工制造工序,成罐后内壁电化学阻抗大幅度增加,耐蚀性能增强。缺陷罐内壁电化学阻抗仅与铝板材相当,电镜观测可发现涂层没有完全覆盖铝材表面,出现漏喷区域,缺陷位置会发生铝基材腐蚀而导致罐身穿孔泄漏。
Aluminum can is an important part of the metal packaging, and it is widely used in beveragepackaging. The corrosion performance of aluminum can wasdetected in this paper using electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and scanning electron microscope. The results showed thatthe electrochemical impedance and corrosion resistance was greatly increased afieraluminum sheet processed into aluminum can through a series of can-making processes. The impedance measurement showed that the corrosion resistance of defective can was almost the same as aluminum sheet.The observation of scanning electron microscope discoveredthat thesurface of aluminum was not completely covered by inside coating.The corrosionreaction occurs preferentially at thedefectivelocation, which could lead to the leakage of the can body.
