摘要
目的观察和对比卵巢囊肿患者采用腹腔镜和开腹卵巢囊肿剥除术治疗的临床价值及效果。方法选择2011年12月—2014年12月本院接诊的卵巢囊肿患者60例进行临床研究,随机分成对照组和研究组各30例。对照组患者采用开腹卵巢囊肿剥除术进行治疗,研究组患者采用腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术进行治疗。观察和记录两组患者的术中情况、术后情况及术后卵巢功能情况并进行对比分析。计量资料采用t检验,计数资料采用χ^2检验,P〈0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果研究组患者的手术操作时间、术中出血量、术后肠道功能恢复时间、出院时间及并发症发生率分别为（60.87±5.77）min、（76.92±13.84）ml、（13.72±4.21）min、（4.75±1.43）d、6.67%,均明显低于对照组的（73.35±7.75）min、（125.57±26.02）ml、（17.03±5.22）min、（6.85±1.76）d、26.67%,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。研究组患者治疗后的E2、LH及FSH水平分别为（40.28±4.93）pmol/L、（9.88±1.91）IU/L、（10.96±2.91）U/L,均明显高于对照组的（26.38±4.29）pmol/L、（5.58±2.06）IU/L、（6.28±5.60）U/L,差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0.05）。结论与开腹卵巢囊肿剥除术相比,腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术在卵巢囊肿患者的临床治疗中更具优势。
Objective To observe and compare the clinical value and effect of laparoscopic and open operation in ovarian cyst.Methods 60 patients who suffered from the ovarian cyst and accepted treatmentsl from March 2012 to February 2014 were taken as the research objects,randomly divided into control group and study group（n=30）.Patients in control group were given laparotomy operation of ovarian cyst,while in study group were treated by laparoscopic operation of ovarian cyst.The intraoperative,postoperative and postoperative ovarian function of the two groups were observed and recorded.Measurement data was processed by t test,count data was tested by chi square test,P〈0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results The operation time,bleeding volume,postoperative intestinal function recovery time,hospital discharge time and complication rate in the study group were（60.87±5.77）min,（76.92±13.84）ml,（13.72±4.21）min,（4.75±1.43）d and 6.67%,which were significantly lower than those in the control group [（73.35±7.75）min,（125.57±26.02）ml,（17.03±5.22）min,（6.85±1.76）d and 26.67%],the differences were statistically significant（all P〈0.05）.The level of E2,LH and FSH in study group were（40.28±4.93）pmol/L,（9.88±1.91）IU/L,（10.96±2.91）U/L,which were significantly higher than those in the control group [（26.38±4.29）pmol/L,（5.58±2.06）IU/L,（6.28±5.60）U/L],the differences were statistically significant（all P〈0.05）.Conclusion Compare the open operation of ovarian cyst,the clinical effects of laparoscopic operation in treatment of ovarian cyst have more advantages.
