笃斯越橘优良品种“紫水晶”蓝莓外观性状及果实成分分析 被引量:7

摘要 "紫水晶"蓝莓果实的百粒重、总糖、可溶性蛋白、多酚指标均高于天然笃斯越橘,低于美登;黄酮和花色苷均与天然笃斯越橘差异不显著,并且高于国外引进品种美登。"紫水晶"蓝莓果实近球形,蓝皮蓝肉,黄酮、花色苷含量较高,抗氧化功效显著优于美登,更有利于增强人体的免疫功能。 "Amelnyst" 100 grain weight, total sugar, soluble protein, polyphenols index were higher than that of natural Vaccinium uliginosum, less than that of the Blomidon; flavonoids and anthocyanins not significant difference in natural Vaccinium uliginosum were higher than that of foreign introduced cultivars Blomidon. The results showed that: Vaccinium uliginosum Linn. "Amelnyst" fruit subglobose, blue blue flesh, total flavonoid and anthocyanin content is higher, the antioxidant efficacy were significantly better than Blomidon, more conducive to boost the body's immune function.
