摘要
海绵城市建设是落实生态文明建设的重要举措,是实现修复城市水生态、改善城市水环境、提高城市水安全等多重目标的有效手段.本文阐述了海绵城市从设计到建设、管理、绩效评估中水文所发挥的作用,提出城市水文站网规划要与海绵城市建设相适应,加强水文研究,提高水文服务城市建设的能力和水平.
Construction of ＂Sponge City＂ is the important measure to implement the construction of Ecological Civilization,and the effective method to realize multi-ply targets such as Ecological Restoration for urban stream、Improvement for Water Environment、Increase security of water supply in cities. This article elaborated that hydrology play an important role to design of ＂Sponge City＂ and the effect to the construction、management and evaluation of effectiveness of ＂Sponge City＂.At the same time,pointed out that planning of hydrology station should be geared to the construction of ＂Sponge City＂,hydrological research should be strengthened and ability and level of Urban Construction affected by hydrological services should be improved.
