摘要
本文报道了作者研制的纯刚玉(含99.97% Al_2O_3)人工髋关节材料在滚滑摩擦条件下用蒸馏水和“林格”液作润滑剂的磨损基本特性。 结果验证了纯刚玉有良好的耐磨性,磨损率非常小(数量级为10^(-5) 3/N·m),低于其它人工关节材料的磨损率;纯刚玉在蒸馏水条件下的磨损率比在林格液条件下的磨损率小。 应用SEM和TEM检测了磨损表面和磨屑的显微结构,证明了陶瓷的磨损主要以晶粒剥落的形式表现出来,并伴随着轻微的塑性变形。建立了陶瓷材料磨损的晶界分裂模型,论证了陶瓷晶界组成状况及其微观缺陷是构成陶瓷磨损的内在因素。
<ABSTRACT>
Wear characteristics of ceramic artificial hip joint with sliding and
rolling pairs of pure corundum (99.97% Al2O3 ) are studied with distilled
water and Ringer's solution as lubricants.
The results show that the wear properity of pure corundum is very
good, the wear rate being extremely small(the order of magnitude is
10-15M3 /N.M ) as the smallest of all other artifical joint materials. Bes-
ides, the wear rate is even smaller under distilled water than under Ring-
er's solution.
The microstructure of wear surface and wear debris were examined
using TEM and SEM. It is presented that the wear in ceramics is mainly
grain delamination and slight plastic deformation. A model of wear grain
boundary fission is established. It has been confirmed that the grain bou-
ndary component and crystal microdefects in ceramics are chief internal
factors influencing the wear.
