摘要
对单排四点接触球式回转支承进行静强度校核,分析其接触区域的应力场分布。根据Hertz接触理论对回转支承进行了静态接触性能的理论计算。同时应用有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench对回转支承进行数值计算,从而为设计制造适用于我国国情的回转支承提供理论依据。
The forces of slewing bearing through a variety of working conditions are analyzed. It has calculated the contact stress and contact ellipse size between the rolling conditions and the inner or outer rings by Hertz contact theory. It has made a contact analysis on slewing bearing by the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench,and it has compared the calculated results between finite element analysis and Hertz contact theory.
