摘要
目的:研究太阳病常用方归经量化特点、规律。方法:以中医方剂归经量化模型体系为支撑,应用中医方剂归经量化计算机辨析系统,对太阳病常用方进行归经量化辨析。结果:将《伤寒论》太阳病常用方按照第一归经、功效及类方分类进行归经量化研究,初步探析了《伤寒论》太阳病常用方归经思想及其应用特点,并验证了中医方药归经量化辨析系统与传统太阳病方药归经认识基本吻合。结论:本研究通过纵向和横向分析太阳病常用方归经顺序差异、强度大小,实现了太阳病单经归经量化辨析。
Objective： To explore the quantitative characteristics of channel tropism in Taiyang disease prescriptions. Methods： Supported by the quantitative model system of TCM formula, the channel tropism of Taiyang disease prescriptions in Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Diseases was quantitatively analyzed by computer analysis system of Chinese medicine prescriptions. Results： According to the first channel tropism, functions and classification, Taiyang diseases prescriotions in Treatise on Cold Pahtogenic Diseases were researched. A preliminary analysis of Taiyang diseases prescriptions in Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Diseases were used to summarize the ideology and application characteristics. It was verified that traditional recognization of channel tropism of Taiyang disease prescriptions approximately reached an agreement on quantitative analysis system of TCM syndromes. Conclusion： This research implemented the quantitative analysis in channel tropism in Taiyang disease prescriptions. The application characteristics of single meridians quantitative of Taiyang diseases prescriptions were longitudinally and transversally analyzed according to the sequence difference of meridian entry of prescriptions and the different intensity of meridian entry.
