摘要
软骨母细胞瘤是一种少见的原发性骨肿瘤,具有恶变倾向,甚至发生远处转移,严重影响患者的肢体功能。传统的治疗方法以病灶刮除联合植骨治疗为主,但术后有一定的局部复发率。随着术中辅助治疗的发展和使用,有效的降低术后复发率,而非手术治疗方案的选择也逐步受到重视。本文综述了软骨母细胞瘤的流行病学、临床表现、病理组织学、影像学表现、治疗现状及预后,有助于系统的认识和了解这种疾病,对于指导临床治疗、改善患者预后具有重要意义。
Chondroblastoma is a rare primary bone tumors which has malignant tendency,even distant metastasis,seriously affecting the patient＇s limb function.Curettage with packing of the cavity with bone graft is described as traditional treatment,but a higher rate of local recurrence need an attention.With the development of intraoperative adjuvant therapy,the recurrence rate is effectively reduced,then the choice of no-surgical treatment also gradually be taken seriously.This paper reviews the chondroblastoma epidemiology,clinical manifestations,histopathology,imaging,treatment of the status quo and prognosis,which will help systematically understanding of the disease for promoting the clinical diagnosis and treatment quality.
