摘要
羊膜属于人胎盘中最内层的膜,早先用于产前诊断,也有用于皮肤移植、皮肤烧伤及溃疡的治疗,可使受损表层皮肤上皮化的速度明显增加。后又用于人工再造阴道、硬脑膜缺损修补、肠皮肤瘘等,均已获得显著疗效。自从发现在损伤的兔角膜上行羊膜移植可使40%的角膜透明性及上皮表型恢复后,羊膜在眼科领域的地位日益显著。随着羊膜的生物学特性和组织学特性被层层揭开,这种"神奇的膜"在眼科领域已被广泛应用。
The amniotic membrane is the innermost membrane in human placenta,earlier used for prenatal diagnosis. Some application for the treatment of skin transplant,skin burns and ulcers are also reportedwhich can accelerate the epithelialization of damaged skin. It' s also used for artificial rebuilding of vagina,dural defect repair and intestinal fistula repair,which have obtained remarkable effect. The status of amniotic membrane in opthalmology has been ascending after the discovery that amniotic membrane transplantation could recover 40% of the corneal transparency and epithelial phenotype in rabbit cornea. With the deeper study of the biological characteristics and histological characteristics of the amniotic membrane,the ″ magic membrane″ is being widely used in ophthalmology.
