摘要 病毒性心脏病(VHD)是与病毒感染有关的一组心血管疾病,最常见的感染原是柯萨奇病毒B组3型(CVB3)。CVB3感染的疾病发病机制是一个极复杂的过程,不仅涉及到病毒的侵害,同时还涉及到机体通过免疫介导的自身损伤。少数由CVB3感染导致的病毒性心肌炎(VMC)患者可能发展为扩张型心肌病(DCM)。由于CVB3病毒致VHD发生的复杂机制可导致VHD治疗中的特殊性,因此研究者们仍需对CVB3与VHD发病机制之间的关系保持密切关注。 Viral heart disease( VHD) is a group of cardiac diseases associated with virus infection.Coxsackie virus B3( CVB3) infection is the most common environmental predisposing factor for the development of VHD. The pathogenesis of the disease after CVB3 infection is a very complex process,involving not only viruses,but also the host's autoimmunity mediated self-injury. Some patients with viral myocarditis may progress to dilated cardiomyopathy. The complex mechanisms of CVB3 caused VHD can lead to the specificity of the VHD treatment,therefore it' s very important for researchers to pay close attention to the association between CVB3 and VHD pathogenesis.
