摘要
Karl Maton建立的合法化语码在理论上的发展和创新包括:知识与外部关系及知识内部关系的结合,即重视知识的社会性和历史性;关注知者结构,建立新型知识—知者结构框架,即关注知识实践者的能动性和实践性。追溯这些发展和创新,都可以在马克思的认识论中找到哲学渊源。从本质上说,合法化语码理论与马克思实践取向的认识论是一脉相承的。
The great developments and creative thoughts of Legitimation Code Theory established by Karl Maton consist of： the combination of knowledge＇s relation to the outer world and the relations within knowledge,that is,the focus on the social and historical nature of the knowledge; Proposing of the knower structure and establishment of a new model of knowledge-knower structure,that is,the focus on initiative and practicing nature of the knower. By tracing these developments and creative thoughts,we can find out the philosophical origin of Marxist epistemology in the theory. Basically speaking,Legitimation Code Theory remains the same philosophical spirit with the Marxist practice-oriented epistemology.
