摘要
为满足新一代运载火箭电动伺服系统的高动态指标要求,对电动伺服系统的谐振特性和振荡特性进行了分析,阐述了其产生机理以及对伺服系统动态性能的影响。提出了一种基于陷波滤波器的位置-电流双闭环控制算法,给出了一种陷波滤波器参数精确计算的方法,介绍了双环算法参数的设计过程,有效克服了发动机负载的大惯量、低刚度、低阻尼等特性的影响。试验结果表明:该法能降低系统谐振,抑制系统振荡,较好地达到系统动态指标要求。
In order to meet high dynamic characteristics requirements of electro servo system of new launch vehicle,the load characteristics of resonance and oscillation were analyzed,and the mechanisms and influences on dynamic characteristics were expounded.Therefore,aposition-current double-loop control algorithm with notch filter,which parameters could be tuned accurately by a calculation method,was researched,and the design process of double-loop algorithm parameters was introduced.The algorithm eliminated the influences on the engine characteristics such as large inertia,low stiffness and low damping.The examination results showed this method eliminated the resonance and oscillation of electro-mechanical servo system,and met the dynamic characteristics requirements.
