锂辉石样品中稀有稀散稀土等多元素的测定方法 被引量:3

摘要 采用封闭酸溶和五酸溶样两种方法,使用电感耦合等离子体光谱(ICP-AES)和质谱(ICP-MS)测量技术,对锂辉石样品中的稀有稀散稀土多元素的测定进行了方法研究。确定了仪器工作参数、测定限、测量方式,使用国家一级标准物质GBW07152、GBW07153、GBW07184进行了精密度、准确度实验。结果表明:两种溶样方法均可完全溶解样品,互为补充,共可分析测定元素33种以上。方法准确度、精密度、检出限等技术指标能满足质量规范的要求,可为我国三稀资源调查锂辉石样品中的多元素测定及综合评价提供技术保障。 The methods were established for the determination of rare,scattered and rare earth elements in spodumene by both inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry( ICP-AES) and plasma mass spectrometry( ICP-MS) using pressurized acids and five acids digestion respectively. The instrument parameters,limits of determination and determined modes were studied. The accuracy and precision of the methods were examined by analyzing different reference materials including GBW07152,GBW07153 and GBW07184. The results show that samples were dissolved completely and 33 elements can be analyzed by both methods complement each other. The accuracy,precision,detection limit and the other technical indexs could meet the quality specifications. This study could provide technical support for multi-elements determination and comprehensive evaluation of spodumene survey of rare earth,rare metal and rare-scattered elements in mineral resources.
