摘要
玉米秸杆(去芯)、水稻秆和木耳菌糠三种生物质通过热裂解技术,在6个不同温度参数下制备生物炭.通过比对生物炭的炭得率、灰分、p H值等参数,分析不同的制备温度对生物炭性能的影响,确定适宜还田、改变土壤酸碱度的生物炭的最佳制备工艺参数.获得生物炭的最佳的制备温度为:木耳菌糠400℃,水稻秆300℃,玉米秸秆400℃.综合各项性能指标确定木耳菌糠生物炭相较于水稻秆、玉米秸秆生物炭更适宜还田.
Corn straw(remove core),rice straw and edible fungus mushroom bran,three kinds of biomass were selected to prepare biochar under six different temperature parameters by pyrolysis technology.By comparison of carbon yield,ash,p H value,the effect of temperature on biochar was analyzed,and the best preparation process were analyzed.The optimum preparation temperatures were 400℃,300℃,400℃ for edible fungus mushroom bran,rice straw and corn straw,respectively.The more suitable biochar for returning to the field was edible fungus mushroom bran in the three.
