摘要
企业集团财务公司作为主要由集团核心企业投资设立的子公司,具有两重属性:一是集团成员企业属性;二是非银行金融机构属性。文章通过对财务公司集团成员企业和非银行金融机构属性的分析,从集团核心企业和国家监管机构的角度提出财务公司监控和风险管理要点和存在问题,并对当前复杂金融创新环境下监管重点进行展望。
As the subsidiary invested and established by the core members of a conglomerate,a finance company of a conglomerate has two attributes： one is a member of the conglomerate; the other is a nonbank financial institution. By analyzing the two attributes,from the perspectives of the core member of conglomerate and the state supervision institution,this paper discusses the key factors and the existing problems of the supervision and risk management in finance company of conglomerate. Additionally,this paper provides an outlook of supervision emphasis in current complicated financial innovation environment.
