摘要
目的对应用避孕药与孕激素联合对患有青春期功能性子宫出血疾病的患者实施治疗的临床效果进行研究。方法选择在我院就诊的患有青春期功能性子宫出血疾病的患者82例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,平均每组41例。采用孕激素对对照组患者实施治疗;采用避孕药与孕激素联合对治疗组患者实施治疗。结果治疗组患者青春期功能性子宫出血疾病药物治疗效果明显优于对照组;子宫出血停止时间和药物治疗计划实施总时间明显短于对照组;药物原因导致的不良反应明显少于对照组。结论应用避孕药与孕激素联合对患有青春期功能性子宫出血疾病的患者实施治疗的临床效果非常明显。
Objective To study the clinical effect of the application of the pill and the combination of progesterone and progesterone in the treatment of patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding.. Methods 82 patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding who were treated in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, with average of 41 cases in each group. The treatment of the patients in the control group was treated by using progesterone, and the treatment group was treated by the combination of pill and progesterone. Results In the treatment group of adolescent patients with functional uterine bleeding disease drug treatment is superior to the control group; uterine bleeding time and drug treatment program to stop the implementation of total time was significantly shorter than that of the control group; drug causes of adverse reaction was significantly less than that of the control group. Conclusions The clinical effect of the application of the pill and the combination of progesterone and progesterone in the treatment of patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding is obvious.
