摘要
目的探讨优质护理在急性脑梗死患者中的应用效果。方法选取80例急性脑梗死患者按是否愿意接受优质护理分为2组,对照组给予常规临床护理,实验组在常规临床护理的基础上施加优质护理,比较2组患者生活能力Barthel指数及神经功能NIHSS评分、护理满意度、生活质量等。结果护理后,实验组患者优质Barthel指数及NIHSS评分显著优于对照组(P<0.01);实验组患者的护理总满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,实验组患者人际关系、环境支持、生理状况与心理状态评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论优质护理应用在急性脑梗死患者中效果显著。
Objective To explore the effect of high quality nursing on treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 80 patients with acute cerebral infarction were divided into two groups. The control group was given routine clinical nursing,and the experimental group was treated with high quality nursing on the basis of control group. The Barthel index and NIHSS score,nursing satisfaction degree and quality of life were compared between two groups. Results In the experimental group,the Barthel index,NIHSS score and nursing satisfaction degree were significantly better than those in the control group（ P〈0. 01）. Scores of interpersonal relationship,environmental support,physiological status and psychological status in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion High quality nursing is effective in treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction.
