摘要
采用半静水式试验方法探讨了在水温(20.1±1.5)℃、pH(8.01±0.12)、溶氧(5.1±0.9)mg/L条件下,敌百虫、车轮特宁、二溴海因、甲醛等4种鱼药对齐口裂腹鱼(Schizothorax prenanti)鱼苗的急性毒性。结果显示:4种药物中敌百虫的96h半致死浓度最低,为0.473mg/L;甲醛的96h半致死浓度最高,为37.565mg/L。4种药物毒性大小顺序依次为敌百虫>二溴海因>车轮特宁>甲醛。4种药物的安全浓度分别为敌百虫0.128mg/L,车轮特宁0.886mg/L,二溴海因1.011mg/L,甲醛7.531mg/L。该结果表明:4种药物中,敌百虫和甲醛安全浓度低于常规用量,在生产中慎用;二溴海因与车轮特宁安全浓度高于常规用量,可在生产中安全使用。
The acute toxicity of four kinds of drugs,dipterex,wheel tnine,1,3-dibromo-5,5-dimethylhydantoin and formaldehyde to larva of Schizothoraxprenantiare tested with the semi-hydrostatic test method at the water temperature of(20.1±1.5)℃,pH(8.01±0.12)and dissolved oxygen(5.1±0.9)mg/L.The results show that 96hmedian-lethal concentration(LC50)of dipterex is minimum,0.473mg/L,while 96 hof formaldehyde is the highest,37.565mg/L.The line of toxicity of four drugs goes from dipterex to 1,3-dibromo-5,5-dimethylhydantoin to wheel tnine to formaldehyde.The safe concentration(SC)of four drugs for dipterex,wheel tnine,1,3-dibromo-5,5-dimethylhydantoin and formaldehyde are 0.128,0.886,1.011,7.531mg/L,respectively.According to the results,the SCof dipterex and formaldehyde is lower than the conventional dosage of them,it should be caution in production.The safe concentration of 1,3-dibromo-5,5-dimethylhydantoin and wheel tnine is higher than the conventional dosage of them,it is safe in Schizothorax prenanti disease control.
