摘要
对核电站反应堆压力容器用金属O形密封环的主要制造工艺和技术关键以及性能试验等进行了介绍。通过从原材料研制到制造工艺开发,金属O形密封环达到了设计技术要求,并已商用于国内300 MW反应堆压力容器,实现了金属O形密封环的完全国产化。
The main manufacturing process and technical keys of O-ring for reaction pressure vessel,as well as the performance tests are described in detail. It is proved that the O-ring meets with the design requirements and had been applied to the 300 MW reaction pressure vessel. The goal of complete domestication has been realized.
