摘要
目的探讨吸烟对男性2型糖尿病患者血浆抗凝血酶Ⅲ活性的影响。方法选择男性2型糖尿病患者222例,根据吸烟指数分为不吸烟组(83例)、少量吸烟组(80例)和大量吸烟组(59例)。比较各组间基本临床资料及血浆抗凝血酶Ⅲ活性。结果不吸烟组血浆抗凝血酶Ⅲ活性为(108.52±7.50)%,少量吸烟组为(105.30±8.88)%,大量吸烟组为(102.01±8.61)%。3组间血浆抗凝血酶Ⅲ活性呈逐渐降低趋势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。不吸烟组与少量吸烟组比较,差异有统计学意义(P=0.014);不吸烟组与大量吸烟组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);少量吸烟组与大量吸烟组比较,差异有统计学意义(P=0.022)。吸烟患者的吸烟指数与血浆抗凝血酶Ⅲ活性呈负相关(r=-0.30,P<0.01)。结论吸烟可导致男性2型糖尿病患者血浆抗凝血酶Ⅲ活性降低。
Objective To investigate the effect of smoking on the activity of antithrombin Ⅲ in male patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods A total of 222 male patients with type 2 diabetes were chosen from the clinic.They were divided into 3 groups according to their smoking indexes： nonsmoker group（n = 83）,mild-smoker group（n = 80）and heavy-smoker group（n = 59）.The clinical characteristics and the activity of antithrombin Ⅲ were measured and compared.Results The activity of antithrombin Ⅲ was（108.52 ± 7.50）% in the nonsmoker group,（105.30 ± 8.88）%in the mild-smoker group,and（102.01 ± 8.61）% in the heavy-smoker group.There was a decreasing trend of antithrombin Ⅲ activity from the nonsmoker group,the mild-smoker group,to the heavy-smoker group with significant differences among the three groups（P〈0.05）.The smoking index was negatively correlated with the activity of antithrombin Ⅲ in the smokers（r =-0.30,P〈0.01）.Conclusions Smoking might reduce the activity of antithrombinⅢ in male patients with type 2 diabetes.
