摘要
对于厚度较大的重质油藏,尽管Butler(巴特勒)于1991年提出了双水平井上注下采的所谓SAGD(Steam-Assisted Gravity Drainage)开采原理和方法 ,得到了热力开采专家的高度重视,并进行了矿场实践,取得了很大的经济效益和工作经验。但是,Butler提出的SAGD产量计算公式,却很少看到有关实际应用的报道。究其原因,主要在于,Butler推导和建立的SAGD产量计算公式,存在3个基本的错误,因而,导致了公式应用的不正确性。这3个基本的错误是:将属于三维流动的模型误改为二维流动;将达西定律表示的稳定常数流量,误认为可变的微分流量(differential flow rate);仅考虑了地层原油的重力驱动作用,而忽视了注入与采出井底之间流动压差的驱动作用。文中对Butler的SAGD产量计算公式存在的3个基本错误进行了分析,并提出了有关的产量计算方法。
For thicker heavy oil reservoirs, Butler proposed a principle and method named SAGD(Steam Assisted Gravity Drainage)with up-injection and down-production double horizontal wells in 1991. Based on the principle and method, a lot of field projects have been developed with significant economic benefit performance and the method of SAGD has obtained high attention from thermal recovery experts. However, the production calculation formula proposed by Butler was seldom reported in application. The reason is that the formula derived and established by Butler has three basic errors, which results in the formula′s inaccuracy. Three basic errors are as follows: mistake the 3D flow model as a 2D flow model; mistake the stable flow rate in Darcy′s law as a variable differential flow rate; only consider the reservoir oil′ s gravity drainage, ignore the drainage by the differential pressure between injection well and production well. In this paper, three basic errors in Butler′s SAGD production formula are analyzed and a relative production formula is proposed.
