摘要
探讨基于MQTT协议的织机信息化系统设计和应用效果。根据当前纺织行业信息化现状,提出基于MQTT协议的织机设备联网方案。针对织造车间织机设备数量多、分布集中、通讯方式不同,系统设计出了相应的智能数据终端,这些设备通过车间所铺设的工业无线网络连接到MQTT消息代理服务器上,从而实现了织机设备数据集成与分析。认为:基于MQTT协议的织机信息化系统具有快速安装、易于维护、扩展性强等优势,可以满足当今纺织企业信息化发展需求。
The design and application effect of loom informatization system based on MQTT protocol were discussed. According to current status of textile industry informatization, loom set networking scheme based on MQTT protocol was put forward. Due to larger quantity of loom equipments in weaving workshop, centralized distribution and different communication mode, corresponding intelligent data terminal was systematically de- signed. The equipments were connected by MQTT information proxy server through the industry wireless net- work setting in workshop. Therefore,the collection and analyses of loom data were achieved. It is considered that loom informatization based on MQTT protocol has advantages including quicker installation,easilier maintaining, stronger expansibility and so on. It can meet the developing requirement of current textile enterprise informatization.
