摘要
采用文献资料法、理论分析等方法,对跆拳道进入中小学生体育课程进行规划性研究,从跆拳道的特征、对中小学生的身心发展作用、顺应学校体育的规划和跆拳道进入中小学课程的方法四个方面,阐述跆拳道进入中小学的体育课程的规划性研究,旨在为跆拳道进入中小学体育课程提供帮助。
By using the methods of literature and theoretical analysis,this paper demonstrates a programmatic study on bring taekwondo into primary and secondary PE education curriculum from 4 aspects: characteristics of Taekwondo,its role in primary and secondary school students' physical and mental development,following school PE blueprint,and approaches to get involved in primary and secondary PE curriculum. The purpose of this paper is to offer assistants for taekwondo to enter primary and secondary schools' PE curriculum.
