摘要
介绍了有限元技术在车门开闭耐久仿真分析中的应用。以某SUV车门为载体进行仿真分析,并与同期进行的台架开闭耐久试验结果进行对比,验证了仿真分析的准确性,为车门的强度耐久设计和改进提供了依据。
FEM was used to evaluate the fatigue performance of the slam door. A SUV slam door modal was created and the fatigue analysis was done. It is shown that the FEM analysis is reasonable comparing with the bench test results. It provides reference for strength durability design and optimization of the slam door.
