摘要
试验旨在研究精料补饲对2~3月龄驴驹生长性能和养殖经济效益的影响。选取内蒙古巴林左旗地区2~3月龄改良驴驹120头,分为3个组,每组40头。对照组驴驹跟随母驴放牧,每日饲喂1.0kg玉米面,试验1组在放牧基础上每日补饲占体重1%的精料补充料,试验2组在放牧基础上每日补饲占体重1.5%的精料补充料,试验期6个月。结果显示,试验2组驴驹平均日增重达623.25g,极显著高于对照组的510.50g（P〈0.01）,与试验1组相比差异不显著（P〉0.05）,试验1组驴驹的平均日增重显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）;母驴驹平均日增重略高于公驴驹,但两者差异不显著（P〉0.05）。三组间以试验2组经济效益最高,日净利润达15.52元,其次为试验1组15.49元,对照组最低为14.24元,但三者差异都不显著。因此,补饲能够提高2~3月龄驴驹的生产性能,且能够提高养殖经济效益,以每日采食占体重1.5%的精补料为生产性能最好,净利润最高。
The present research aims to assess the effects of different feeding supplement levels on growth performance and economic benefit of 2~3-month old donkey foals.One hundred and twenty donkey foals aged 2~3months in Bairin Zuoqi Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region of China were divided into three treatments,forty foals per treatment.The control group was pastured,without supplementary feeding.The experimental groupⅠwas fed daily supplementary feeding of 1% of the body weight based on pasture,and the experimental group Ⅱ 1.5%,lasting for 6months.The results showed that the average daily weight gain（ADG）of experimental groupⅡ was significantly higher than the control（P〈0.01）and slightly higher than groupⅠ（P〉0.05）.The experimental groupⅠwas significantly higher than the control group in ADG（P〉0.01）.Interestingly,female donkeys were slightly higher than male donkeys in ADG,but not significant（P〉0.05）.In addition,compared with the control group and experiment groupⅠ,the economic benefit of experiment groupⅡrose a lot but not significant,the economic benefit of three groups were 14.24,15.52 and 15.49 Yuan,respectively.These results indicated that supplementary diet contributed to improve the production performance and gastrointestinal development of donkey foals aged 2to 3months,thus promoting the economic benefit of the breeding.In conclusion,as for the maximum growth performance and economic profit,the optimum supplement level is 1.5% of body weight.
