摘要 本文论述了末端限制性片段长度多态性(T-RLFP)技术、变性梯度凝胶电泳(DGGE)技术、荧光原位杂交(FISH)技术、实时荧光定量PCR(RT-PCR)技术、基因芯片(Gene chip)技术及高通量测序(HTS)技术等多种分子生物学技术在胃肠道菌群研究方面的应用。 This paper focused on the application of some modern molecular biotechnology in the study of gastrointestinal microorganism,including terminal-restriction fragment length polymorphism(T-RFLP),denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis(DGGE),fluorescence in situ hybridization(FISH),real-time polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR),gene chip and high-throughput sequencing(HTS) technology etc.
