摘要
目的：埃索美拉唑与奥美拉唑治疗胃溃疡的疗效对比。方法选取我院2014年12月～2015年12月所收治的140例患有胃溃疡患者作为研究对象，将其按照治疗方式分为埃索美拉唑组和奥美拉唑组，各70例，对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果经治疗后，埃索美拉唑组治疗总有效率高于奥美拉唑组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；埃索美拉唑组不良反应症状低于奥美拉唑组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论埃索美拉唑是当前治疗胃溃疡疾病的最佳治疗药物，该药物不仅具备安全性，还具备显著的治疗疗效，在临床治疗上更为理想。
Objective To analyze the esomeprazole and omeprazole comparative efficacy of gastric ulcer.Methods Selected 140 patients in our hospital, from December 2014 and December 2015, with peptic ulcer treated by as the research object, which were divided according to treatment esomeprazole group and ogilvy omeprazole group, each group had 70 cases, comparison of therapeutic effect of two groups of patients.Results After treatment, esomeprazole group the total effective rate was significantly higher than omeprazole group, was difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）, esomeprazole group patients on adverse symptoms was lower than omeprazole group, was difference had statistically signiifcance （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Esomeprazole treatment of gastric ulcer disease is currently the best treatment, not only has security, but also have a significant therapeutic effect, and therefore more desirable in the clinical treatment.
