摘要
目的观察热敷散配合关节腔注射玻璃酸钠治疗肩周炎的疗效。方法将2014年06月~2015年04月我科门诊收治的88例肩周炎患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,其中治疗组44例,对照组44例。治疗组患者行热敷散配合关节腔注射玻璃酸钠治疗,对照组患者行口服尼美舒利缓释胶囊配合关节腔注射玻璃酸钠治疗,60天后观察并比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果治疗组治愈20例,显效17例,有效4例,无效3例,总有效率93.18%;对照组治愈15例,显效17例,有效5例,无效7例,总有效率84.09%。治疗组患者临床疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论采用热敷散配合关节腔注射玻璃酸钠治疗肩周炎可以取得较满意的疗效。
Objective： To observe clinical effects of frozen shoulder by re fu powder with Intra-articular Injection of Sodium Hyaluronate. Methods： 88 cases of frozen Shoulder outpatient,from June 2014 to April 2015,were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,44 cases in each group. Treatment group was given re fu powder with Intra-articular Injection of sodium hyaluronate treatment,control group underwent oral nimesulide sustained release capsules with intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate treatment. the clinical efficacy of two groups were compared after 60 days treatment. Results： the total efficiency of treatment group was 93. 18 %,in which 20 cases were cured,17 cases were markedly effective,4 cases were effective and 3 cases had no effects. the total efficiency of control group was 84. 09 %,in which,15 cases were cured,17 cases were markedly effective,5 cases were effective,7 cases had no effects. The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was statistically significant than the control group,（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： re fu powder with Intra-articular Injection of Sodium Hyaluronate in the treatment of frozen shoulder can get more satisfactory results.
